Ever since its start, edita's backbone has been its high quality products. To reach this consistently high quality we apply HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control point), ISO 22000 and OHSAS 18001.

Our laboratories are one of the most important areas within our facilities, we not only develop the products consumers love, but also passionately apply the best manufacturing practices to inspect, receive, handle ingredients and finished products prior to going to market.

Over 3500 people work hard at edita's four production facilities in order to delight consumers with superior quality products. Two of our production facilities are located in the 6th of October city, one in the 10th of Ramadan city and a fourth in Beni Sweif industrial zone to the south of Cairo.
