Program’s Vision

We will ensure edita Future Leaders are “home-grown talents” and they develop the “Know How” to meet edita foreseen expansions and great challenges.

Program’s Mission

We will establish a well-balanced experiential program, which will allow - under guided mentoring - our potential talents to “live real situations”, work-out their “intuitive abilities” and offer “self-initiative solutions”

Program Description:

We offer 18 month training program, allowing our candidates to get trained in the Company different departments and acquire cross-functional hands – on experience supported by off-the-job training courses and certificates. The overall structure comprises of :
1. General Orientation
2. Focused Training
3. Implementation training

Our trainees have a dedicated Mentor for personal and career guidance and they go through a periodic evaluation system.
